What influenced your decision to study digital marketing?
I wanted to have formal & professional training on digital marketing and needed to display my knowledge with a formal qualification on my CV & LinkedIn profile.
I also had the desire & thirst for knowledge, the need, with confidence, to correctly brief a digital marketing team plus having the ability to ‘do it myself’.
I also wanted to know if I was implementing digital marketing correctly and wanted to ‘fill’ the gaps in my knowledge. I talked directly with Marriott prior to choosing this course – he convinced me that this was the course I needed….and he was right.
How interactive was the Class/Workshop and did the practitioner use real life case studies or example of work they’ve done?
Very interactive workshops, with real life examples which I could also relate to my experience. Throughout the course, I was able to relate the subject matter to my approach to future digital marketing strategy and planning and the correct terminology I should be using. We also worked in groups and on real websites.
Since completing the course, how has your Career progressed or how is your knowledge of digital marketing?
My approach to all future marketing strategy and planning will be completely changed using the various insight tools and digital channels taught by Marriott on the course.
